NOTES (IMPORTANT) !!!

1) All E-mails, SMSes , Inbox fanpage / fb , WhatsApp , will be replied at night time only. If I'm free at day time , then I will reply, otherwise have to wait. If u urgently need feedback , please give me a direct call and I will consult on your order.

2) After you have sent e-mail of order form or made payment , please INFORM US by sending inbox to fb/fanpage, SMS or WhatsApp to 017-3729232. Otherwise , we may over look your order /payment.

3) Start from now on, all ad hoc order (tempahan last minit) , will be charge penalty at cost of RM50 for late order. The penalty must be paid before pick up.

4) Please make sure that after confirm order , full payment or deposit must be made 4 days after confirmation.

5) All ad hoc order (tempahan last minit) , must made FULL PAYMENT + penalty charge before we proceed your orders.

Terms & Conditions

1) Order must be made 5 days earlier from the pick up date. If ad hoc order , penalty will be charge.

2) Order below RM100 , must made FULL PAYMENT. For bulk order and more than RM100, 70% deposit is COMPULSORY for confirmation. Payment must be made to my acc within 2 days of our discussion. Once you paid the deposit , then only your order is consider as CONFIRMED. Balance of the payment must be settled 2 days before delivery/pick up. If the item need to be post out, balance must be settled before we post it out.

3) If u made payment from other bank besides maybank and it's need 3 days of clearance , then your product will only be delivered / post to you after the payment is clear.

4) All payment/deposit must be made to my account as

6) There will be no REFUND of the deposit if you cancel your order. (also based on situation)

-Deposit RM100 perlu dimasukkan ke dalam akaun Maybank-164100023046 utk 'booking'. Bakinya dibayar selepas kelas.

-Segala peralatan disediakan. Anda akan membawa pulang 1kg coklat hasil buatan sendiri.

PEMBERITAHUAN

- Sila dtg awal kerana kelas akan dimulakan tepat pada waktunya.

- Tidak dibenarkan membawa sesiapa (termasuk anak). Ini utk memberi keselesaan kepada pelajar lain & supaya kelas tidak terganggu

- Sila beritahu selewat-lewatnya 3 hari sebelum kelas jika tidak dapat hadir atau deposit tidak dikembalikan. Boleh tukar tarikh kelas.

- Bilik solat , telekung dan sejadah disediakan

- Lunch disediakan utk kelas melebihi 4 jam dan light refreshment utk kelas kurang dr 4 jam

- Utk kelas pada hari cuti umum (public holiday), sila beritahu seminggu lebih awal & perlu membuat FULL PAYMENT.
